Things to do, places to see
Snorkeling is a no brainer in the Islamorada crystal-clear water. Visit Alligator Reef, Tennessee Reef, Chicken and Hens and Cheeca Rocks, all are great places to start. If diving and spearfishing is your game, there are hundreds of patch reefs and ledges to try, you’ll never have to hit the same place twice.
Beach time!! If relaxation or a day at the beach is your thing you can go for a walk on White Marlin’s members only private beach and enjoy the Florida Keys well known sunsets while overlooking Florida Bay’s amazing gin clear water. Pavilions, Adirondack chairs and grills available on a first come first serve basis.

Fantastic house, fantastic location, and fantastic hosts! The house is roomy, with two large bedrooms with two queens ands a king bed, two full baths, a large and comfortable great room, kitchen, and dining area, a fully furnished screened in balcony, and over-lapping glass sliding doors that allow you to open the entire house to the cool ocean breeze. If you have extra guests, there is plenty of room for the host-provided king air bed, and the couch is great to nap on as well. The kitchen is large, with brand-new, high-end appliances (including a high-capacity gas oven and stove), and the hosts have supplied every utensil, pot, or pan you need. Cooking for a large family was a breeze, and as easy as home. The canal and mooring are perfect for any size of boat you might own. It’s easy access to the bridges, bay and reef. And fishing in the canal is great fun. Easy drive by boat or car to all the restaurants in the area. Hosts provide charts, fishing spots, and any advise you need on where to wash your lures. The house has a great outdoor recreation area below the house, provides bicycles and kayaks, and access to the most gorgeous beach in the keys. About a 5-10 minute walk around the canal, it opens onto the bay, and is perfect for wading, swimming, watching the sunset or stargazing. You can anchor at the outer edge of the beach, hop off, and walk in as well. It’s like a giant heated pool, with fish. We’ve been renting in the keys on and off for decades now, and this is probably the best location, accommodations and facilities we’ve been to.

This place was a retreat!! Trust me, this was by far the best vacation home I’ve ever had the privilege of staying in! It was a stunning home that had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Jay and Sharon were amazing hosts that answered all of our questions and offered exceptional recommendations for fun, food, and adventure! The amenities offered at this property were above and beyond anything else in the area. My personal favorite were the kayaks…we used them almost every day! We stayed for two weeks, and I would’ve loved to stay for two weeks more! I can’t wait to come back and visit YOLO! Highly recommend!!!
